About Tamara Simon
Known as the Simple Systems Specialist, Tamara is The Speaker, Author and Coach for RTOs. She is driven to helping solving problems and finding profitable opportunities which makes an RTO Manager's day easier.
With over 20 years experience in VET and business management including FITAB CEO, Tamara's mantra to RTOs is 'if you don't like compliance and don't like change, then don't work for an RTO or be one'.
Her acclaimed book, The Five Little RTO Pigs, is the first and only business book to truly tackle the issue of growing a streamlined and profitable RTO.

About Pauline Caruana
Pauline is an education management professional and currently works in marketing for the education sector.
She is owner and Creative Director of Marketing Mosaic, a marketing agency for RTOs and professional development providers.
For 15 years up to early 2018, Pauline worked in various management roles within the private VET sector including Student Services Manager, Compliance Manager and General Manager.
Pauline leverages her creativity, passion for changing lives through education and RTO experience with educational organisations to compliantly achieve their goals.
